Privacy and Data Protection Notice - Pix Force
Last updated: February 2026
At Pix Force, our mission is to transform data into intelligence, whether through images or documents. We know that dealing with Computer Vision and Artificial Intelligence requires an unwavering commitment to your privacy and information security. This Notice explains how we process personal data in our solutions (Pix Safety, Pix Flight, and Idexa).
- Who we are and how to contact us
Pix Force S.A. acts as the Data Controller for data collected on this website and as the Data Processor for data processed on behalf of our corporate clients.
If you have questions about privacy, our Data Protection Officer (DPO) is available:
DPO: Carlos Filipe Castagna
Email: dpo@pixforce.com
Address: Instituto Caldeira – Tv. São José, 455 – Navegantes, Porto Alegre – RS, Brazil.
- How do we use Artificial Intelligence?
Our solutions use AI to analyze different types of data. We apply the principle of Privacy by Default:
Idexa (Document Processing): Our AI reads and organizes documents (such as invoices, driver’s licenses (CNH), contracts). We process these documents to extract the information requested by the client and, by default, we do not retain the original documents after the process is complete, ensuring that your data is not stored unnecessarily.
Pix Safety and Pix Flight (Images and Drones): Our algorithms are trained to focus on objects, equipment, and industrial anomalies, and not on identifying people. Whenever possible, we apply filters to blur faces in images that do not require personal identification.
- What data do we collect?
Collection depends on how you interact with us:
On the Website: We collect navigation data (Cookies) and contact data (Name, Email, Company) when you fill out demo or job application forms.
In the Products (B2B): We process data provided by our clients for the provision of services:
- Images/Videos: Captured by cameras or drones.
- Documents: Files containing registration data (CPF, RG, Address) processed by Idexa.
In these cases, we strictly follow the contractual guidelines of each client company.
- Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. Sharing only occurs with:
- Cloud Infrastructure: We use world-class servers (such as AWS/Azure/GCP) certified in ISO 27001, ensuring state-of-the-art encryption.
- Legal Obligations: If required by law or court order.
- Your Rights (LGPD)
You are in control. At any time, you may request from our DPO, using our DPO email above or through the Data Subject Rights Request Form (LGPD):
- Confirmation of whether we process your data.
- Access to the data we hold about you.
- Correction of incomplete data.
- Review of Automated Decisions: If any of our products makes an automatic decision that affects you (e.g., incorrect reading of a document), you have the right to request a human review.
- Security
We adopt robust information security practices, including encryption in transit (including APIs) and at rest, strict access control, and constant monitoring.
- Updates
As we are a company of constant innovation, this notice may be updated to reflect improvements in our products. We recommend that you visit it periodically.
